While the FD was an admitted disaster, there has been a lot of certainty about IVFH gained this year that is not being reflected in the stock price. The core business was solid enough to survive a FD acquisition and broader industry chaos (with the blocked merger of SYY and USF).

I would not tout FD as one of IVFH's best assets, but I do recognize that shareholders have more certainty now than at any time in the last two and a half years as to where things stand and Sam's intentions moving forward. All of your messages are negative. Why do you stick around?
