If entered back in 2009 you are down about 95% after RS, offerings, dilution, and a increase in the float.

The bad: CEO has never had one successful test with countless failures and is the laughing stock of management circles.

The good: No one bats .000 during their lifetime and this may be the successful testing that changes everything. Seriously I feel sorry for the CEO after countless failures and this could be his golden egg.

I have added on several dips. Everyone saying $2-4 dollars. I say .70 cents before next offing then another RS. Most folks will not remember the other RS because CEO changed the company name(ANX) to wipe out all old documents on website to research it.
