$OPXS has over 23 million in sales, $700,000 market cap, near zero float, tiny OS, less than 2 million in annual loses and yet PLUG has a 1/2 mil dollar market cap and massive loses, over 1 billion in life time losses and no signs of the loss rate slowing down. Where is the logic in that? Recent OPXS news
