Okay even I have to say I find today's 8K filing hilarious! Chapel gets 1 million shares for a $100,000.00 debt they bought from vendors and now they have .10 shares but it can't be more than 4.99% of the issued. Now who the hell are they going to sell those shares to when no one is going to buy a single share???? Sure does explain why they went ahead with the R/S almost at the same time the settlement was signed! Even Chapel got screwed on this one!
