Maybe the previous owner wants FTGI back and at the same time company works on a solution for shareholders to go private. Then the old name would make sense.

We will find out what happened with Finotec Group in the next Uk filing probably.

Company filed from 2002 to 2012 and cannot act like the merger never happened.
