Talked to SEC attorney familiar with the case. They can’t say much. But IMO, they said there is a process to be compliant and getting back to being quoted again. I think that is the biggest issue as they did not give an opinion that it wouldn’t help. If it was allot more than that, I may have heard something different indirectly I would think? But I am sure there was some smaller issues initially.
Company attorney who is not their legal attorney:
"I'm paid by the company to write an annual OTC Markets attorney letter and shareholders pay me for legal opinions, but other than that I have no involvement with the Company.
I saw drafts quite some time ago and don't know when they'll be filed."
These were filed in December by Vazquez but nothing since. Both were filed in Colorado.

If anyone has a direct link to this CEO, best to ask him directly. I tried reaching someone at the company but no reply.
