Sorry but there is no real market maker in TCEL.. Market makers are some one who is a trader of the stock. right now there is no one buying above the bid price of 0001. Market makers do not buy a stock unless they feel they can trade out of it.
and base on what you guys claim the stock will not trade in higher volume at higher price because you feel it is dead.

So base on your own info why would there be a market maker on tcel

all i know is i can not buy at 0001 but i can sell and there is 33 million on the bid and 73 million on the ask. and if right now i have orders in to buy at 0001 and can not get them . There are no seller at 0001 only buyers.
