Avop really doesn't have to PnD right now. They wiped out almost all the previous shareholders with the 1-20,000 reverse split. Traders that bought at .0001 will have to wait till it reaches $2 to break even. All Avop needs to do is block the BID and sit on the ASK while doing some cross trading to give the appearance of volume. It will stay below the breakeven mark in hopes that traders will be suckered in. No Pink with a SS of 20 Billion should trade any where near what this is.
