Stock value has dropped 92% in last 5 years. That is normal?
RS/Bi-yearly offering, dilution, share count increases, management options have lead to a CEO with a million dollar salary and you really honesty feel acceptable and normal?

No reason for last offering. No reason for upcoming offering, but that is how penny stocks work.
