SWHI - CEO UPDATE

Spoke to our CEO Norman George yesterday afternoon - he returned my voicemail!

Few major updates for all this morning - Looks like we could expect to see some steady volume over the next week or two, and even beyond!

Conversation below:

The new Reg-A was approved or Qualified (as we know) at .001 last week or so. I asked him why he set the price at .001 when the current PPS is .0001. There is a company "couldn't state their name" that is being paid to "raise money for the company". Remember for this Reg-A the company is spending $38,991.00 in legal fees and $2,050 in Blue Sky Compliance Fees. SWHI's contract with this company is that the price of the stock must get to at least .001, therefore that is why the offering price is .001. This could be an immediate jump to .001 from .0001 from what I remember during my conersation. According to Norman the firm they are working with will only get paid if the stock reaches .001 or higher. If it does not they will NOT get paid. Norman expects that they will PR this new company either next week or the following with additional PR's in the channel. According to Norman, the company will significantly benefit by raising capital and its investors will see the PPS rise - were talking a minimum of +1,000% profit at .001, which could be instant.

Get this, IMO I believe this new company that we are hiring and/or partnering with is Chameleon Media Group, INC. Look at the offering statement below. It is my guess, but the first PR will state the company and its relationship with SWHI.

On another point, if you remember reading the 2016 goals, you would remember reading about their plans to enter a JV. IMO this Chameleon Media Group just might be what we are looking for??? I didn't get to extend my DD so I hope to relay what I find out on this.

Also at this time, Norman said there has been NO added issued stock in 2016.....awesome!

All I can say is WOW! Another great opportunity to get this stock out of the trips. Looking forward to a string of PR's in the next week or so. I would expect there to be a lot of new info that in the PR's that will be new and unexpected.....GLTA, hope this helps us out!
