Has anyone tried (been able) to buy the bonds ?

And if yes - at what price

Online and on statements they show as 95 (say 950 on the 1000)

Seems to me these are can be a 19% play (no trading cost) if available for purchase around 95 cents of par ? (Assume hold one year (or via accrued interest) for 13% and 6% kick on call back?
