I want everyone to know something. All of the penny stocks are POS. I would not put any of them in my 401k. Almost all of them have promotions to sell stock. That is a fact of life. No one needs to warn me that xyz company is running a pump and dump on abc company. I don't care. I'm trading them, not marrying them. If you are offended that I mention a stock for any reason, then perhaps you should follow someone else. I don't even know most of the company's business names, let alone what business they are in.

For example, look at $COLV. It made a lot of people a lot of money, and I am quite happy about it. I saw that it had potential to at least double, so I bought it. It is listed in an exchange, it is freely traded, so what do I care that someone is pumping it? Is it unethical to sell stock? No, because that is why the company went public in the first place...to sell stock in order to raise capital to make something to bring in revenue.

The moral of the story is to just trade the stock. Leave everything else for the tabloids.
