Don't solely rely on Pinksheets.com as your DD source. When a dormant shell goes active, we usually see a reinstatement on the NV SOS website. CSCE was 'sort of' current since the Canadians abandoned CSCE about 6 months ago, all the new manager had to do was pay a late fee and file the annual report… that saved time and money

A quick history on CSCE over the last 2 years. A handful of Canadians took over CSCE to reverse merge with Nano Tech West. The Canadians did very little DD because they did not realize CSCE had a BCSC cease trade restriction from prior management in Canada. What that means is there is no market to buy and/or sell CSCE in Canada. With that bit of DD, the previous merger unwound itself and management abandoned CSCE…. 1 - 2 years later (June 2, 2016), we finally get an update… a shell stock facilitator as management

The good part about the above paragraph, 58 million of the 80 million current o/s for CSCE will be returned to treasury (or cancelled) brining our o/s down to 21 million…. and the float is 3.8 million…. and no convertible debt.
