For those of you keeping score at home.....
It's now crossed the 2 year threshold since the last annual report filing.

Below is quoted from a section that I missed previously that's contained in their last annual report filing in May 2014 that speaks to the utter incompetence of their assembled board of directors and why we haven't seen an annual report since:

"None of our directors is an “audit committee financial expert” within the meaning of Item 401(e) of Regulation S-K. In general, an “audit committee financial expert” is an individual member of the audit committee or Board of Directors who:

•understands generally U.S. GAAP and financial statements,

•is able to assess the general application of such principles in connection with accounting for estimates, accruals and reserves,

•has experience preparing, auditing, analyzing or evaluating financial statements comparable to the breadth and complexity to our financial statements,

•understands internal controls over financial reporting, and understands audit committee functions."

Sorry folks, this stock is undoubtedly headed towards delisting and is worthless. Anybody buying this stock at any price is doing nothing but throwing their money away. The only value this stock has for anyone is as a tax write-off for stock losses.
