The big block at .0130 only cause a grand total of 24,000 shares to be sold at .0103. Not even under .01 lol, VMAN is strong. And when OTC's run big... $26k isn't very much. I wouldn't be surprised if the seller was bidding/buying any shares available under .0130. The seller also may be someone who isn't too knowledgable and got caught in the big runs back in 2014 and now just trying to get out for even or a small loss. They easily may not know of the new events.
