You are correct about the PINSON mine, however: As of July 2015 I think the Pinson mine had only about 90,000 ounces of reserves at around .44 ounces per ton. I think they also had some problems with the complexity of the ore. I remember some problems with lead , crystalline silica, respirable dust,mercury and arsenic if I remember correctly. That mine did have problems and with the low price of gold and the inability to raise capital due to lack of interest in metals they were forced to file bankruptcy. This however does not bode badly or positively for LODE. They do need to build resources and at least do a PFS (preferably a full FS) and some metals work to establish recoveries. In other words do their homework this time but they can be successful. You stated "There are many high-grade underground deposits with much higher grades than PQ that fail" Care to give a few more examples? There are also many mines with lower grades that have succeeded.As I keep saying YES,, LODE needs to do their homework this time, and yes it does take time but to insist that they will fail at this point is a little silly.
