First time in nearly 7 years of calling, someone actually picked up the phone at PIHN "headquarters".

I called with my number blocked. I think the man who answered was expecting someone else. Perhaps a female because all I said was: "hello".

His response in a heavy Asian accent was: "Oh, I dont know who this is, I dont know your name, I hang up now". Click.
