But on the 10q it says, "Authorized: 2,479,999,994 shares, $0.00001 par value;

issued and outstanding: 5,607,111,143 and 1,570,001,143


shares as at September 30, 2014 and June 30, 2014, respectively"

The issued is twice the authorized?
