It's probably someone using their position size to shake the tree. Even if it is a legit sale, it's really not that much. I've seen VMAN do a 9M share day and rocket to .04 with hundreds of thousands of dollars in volume. $26k is not that big. Those shares are probably going to triple or quadruple too but it looks like someone else will make the $$$ on them.
