That is 208 Billion/ 1.4 Billion shares or $148.57 per share Fundamental

$164,000,000.00 Cash to company for TORQ figuring $1 per share profit... 3 MIA certs @ 3 million = 167,000,000 TORQ shares

It could go higher if things get ugly in the Donner Pass...early snow. The longer the wait on starting the trip the uglier it might get...

I am figuring $1.50 for TORQ...ugly is $5 or higher
