Well, it is new management and has nothing to do with the old scammers running the show but I would like to see new management give the old shareholders a chance to get out with a nice spike in pps.

They could have announced the merger and then the RS weeks down the road but instead, they just crushed this stock.

No point in holding through an RS, EVER!
