CYCLONE POWER TECHNOLOGIES INC. KICKS OFF 24/7 SOLAR
PROJECT WITH LICENSE AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH G2E


POMPANO BEACH, FL June 1, 2016 Cyclone Power Technologies Inc. (OTC:CYPW), developer of the all-fuel clean-techCyclone Engine,announced that G2E, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("G2E") has signed a Systems Application Agreement and an Engineering Development Agreement with Cyclone Power Technologies. These agreements will formulate over the next 6 months a beta Solar site that will be developed using Cyclone's solar panels, Cyclone's Thermal Storage Unit and the Cyclone engine to produce 24/7 electrical power from the energy of Solar.

The Engineering Development Agreement starts with Harry Schoell, Cyclone's inventor and Chief Technical Officer, going to Mexico City in August, with the Mark 1 ( 5.5 HP) Engine. He will assist the engineers at G2E, located on the site of Mexico's leading institution, the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) in the design of a portable system using Cyclone Solar Panels, Engine, and Thermal Storage Unit for remote area power generation. The Systems Application License Agreement allows G2E the rights to build and sell the solar systems, excluding military, in Latin America, New Zealand, and Australia.

Cyclone's Green Technology using the Thermal Storage Unit which is totally biodegradable, unlike traditional power storage batteries, is a game changer in off grid power. The Thermal Storage Unit can store heat from the sun or thermal of any source which can be used as the fuel to power the Cyclone Engine to produce electricity. G2E's project will work alongside Nextra Energy Solutions in their Solar 1 Megawatt projects. There will be manufacturing from the License agreement and development of new products in our R&D center and income from license fees, and royalties.
