bigstocksnbonds: The buyout offer is for $30 per share.
If that goes through, you turn in your shares and you get 30 bucks apiece for them. And then CPXX ceases to trade. poof. it's gone.

So there isn't really much room for any more upside "Long term" here.
Unless some other co. decides to get into a bidding war, or the Jazz offer falls apart for some reason.
