Wow. Nothing but silence from the "company".

No news, just them announcing more dilution.

It's like they are waving the white flag saying "We are selling shares, nothing more!"

Why the shareholders who supposedly own millions of shares don't report this BS to the SEC is beyond me.

Rule #1 is never lose money.

Rule #2 is never forget Rule #1.
