gtoken65, AMMX Partnership vs Dealership...

I stand corrected. I first called and spoke to the lady at the number on their website below and asked about AMMX being partners with the companies that they have indicated on their website below (towards the bottom):

She had agreed with me that Terex and the rest of the companies indicated on their website are Licensed Dealers that are able to market their products which would essence make them like ”Partners” to be doing business with each other.

However, today I call Marty at 949-632-1900. She told me that AMMX should not be considered a ”Partner” with Terex and the rest of those companies indicated on the website. They do have agreements in place with those companies, but it would be better to consider them as Dealers and not Partners. She said to see them like having an agreement to be a Porsche Dealership to sell Porsche automobiles. She said that those companies have certain criteria that must be met by a company before that company could be officially classified as a Partner.

Marty did confirm that AMMX is a Licensed Dealer to be able to market those products from Terex and for those other companies indicated on their website, but to not consider them as Partners.

I asked her about AMMX having any remaining Convertible Debentures. She said that there are no more Convertible Debentures. Any selling that we see from the stock within the market is all retail.

She confirmed for me that the Outstanding Shares (OS) for AMMX is 778,200,000 Shares as indicated within the company’s financials.

She confirmed that the Chevron deal is still actively on the table and they are waiting on the receipt of certain funds from Chevron before an official announcement can be made.

She confirmed that the AMMX news of them obtaining their TRACE Certification was to position them to the next phases for doing the huge deals in Niger, Nigeria, and Angola:

They also have some coals in the fire to complete some deals with the military that are of a nice proportion in value.

Marty also told me that the audits have begun and that she believes that the audit will definitely help AMMX to trade at much higher levels to match what it is truly worth.

Marty was very pleasant and would not have any problems with anyone calling her with any questions. I did explain to her the AMMX valuation post I made below and she agreed with how I was viewing things as we spoke about each entry piece by piece:
