Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS)

Typically occurs while sitting or lying down.
It generally worsens with age and can disrupt sleep.
The main symptom is a nearly irresistible urge to move the legs.
In most cases, the cause of RLS is unknown.
RLS is generally a lifelong condition for which there is no cure.

For those that do not experience this affliction, and listen to those that have it, and describe it as an urge to move the legs without any pain or muscle cramps associated with the urge, have an option that it's not physical but simply "all in your head." (aka) Not substantial or real; having been imagined or invented.

For me, its real.

By chance I obtained a half gallon of apple juice for free, that which I never buy. Just to get rid of it I drank a big (16 oz) glass of it prior to sleep. My RLS is an absolute 100% constant companion each night, about one minute upon my laying on the bed, 365 days a year for 30 years now. On the first night after drinking the apple juice I noticed "WOW, it didn't happen." I didn't connect it with the apple juice until after 4 nights it appeared back as usual and I wondered "What did I do that was different those 4 nights." The only thing I could come up with was the apple juice drinking, that when I emptied the bottle my RLS reappeared. I thought "What's in apple juice?" Vitamin C, so I took a supplement prior to sleep, and it did not work to prevent my RLS. Next electrolytes, and BINGO that was it.

Conclusion: For anyone having RLS, simply buy a sports drink like those on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sports_drink and see whats happens.

I studied what electrolytes are and identified simple low dose supplements purchased at WalMart: Magnesium, Calcium, Zinc, Selenium, Chromium

Also: Chloride (salt), Phosphate (seeds, cheese, and nuts), Potassium (supplement too low, need a banana)
