pochemunyet: Nothing to hide, I think I previously posted some of my background.

Just took the normal business and tax law courses that were required for an accounting degree. However, instead of accounting I started out as a Government auditor doing audits of various organizations procedures, and finally specialized in auditing proposed costs on certain negotiated contracts and major modifications, and doing reviews of contractual documents for the organization’s lawyers before they would recommend that the Contracting Officer sign. Since the work required becoming familiar with Government regulations, and Comp Gen and Board of Contract Appeals decisions it often required research, which was a lot harder then before computers and the internet came into general use.

It was interesting and I ended up basically being my own boss with no direct supervision. Now I like looking things up as a challenge to what I can find, and to keep my mind busy.
