With all the filings it will be a tough case to prosecute and defend, should favor Barnett.

OOAG shares are still rip for a buyout. Reverse spilt equals low outstanding share count. Debt, filings and paperwork can be negotiated.

OOAG will probably not be delisted because its not being traded much.

Either Barnett or venture capital group will purchase shares.

Buy what one can afford and wait.
