Agreed, the Baja land and projects are our revenue generators and growth platform. Control and development of this land with water rights and fresh well water availability is where I think ALL resources should be directed.

Jan's been adding assets to the balance sheet, and tapping into and monetizing the land assets (including the huge intangible asset of the 3-year option controlling an additional 11,500 acres) through leasing arrangements is only the beginning. Further development and construction of residential, commercial and resort properties with total land size 1.5x larger than the city of Naples, Florida is what is driving Jan. It's all about growth and there is hardly a limit here with just the properties in Baja.
