everyone realizes that the float is low due to the 1/10000 reverse stock split, but it did not effect his authorized shares that he can trigger at a ridiculous ratio. I think it was in the neighborhood of 1000 or 10000 for each 1 share. He can do this at any time he wants to generate some cash for himself. He is the entire board, ceo, cfo, pos, and everything else related to this company that generates under 250k in sales per year, but expenses are triple that.
