Good Morning Peeps..

I trust everyone had a nice day off.

I have found links showing that the insiders are acquiring shares but nothing to show any dumping. So these statements/arguments of insiders dumping shares do not seem to be factual to me at all.. until someone can show me otherwise.

I have seen daily reminders about the low volume here a well. As already pointed out, then how can there be "massive" dilution going on if it does not show up in the volume? Thats an impossibility.

The PPS is low only because thats how Wall Street perceives SUNW. But then again, SUNW is a micro-cap start up company so we are barely even a blimp on anyones radar. That is changing too, as the company has been growing nicely for the past 2 years. That is just the way micro-caps work.

Jim has done an excellent job turning this company in to something that will last when it appeared that the cell was not going to happen, or at least not for a while. If he had kept to that path, there would still be zero revenue and no profits. Only hope and that may have dried up after all this time. Thank goodness he changed course.

The entire solar sector, as well as the entire Street, have been down this past year. Check out Solar City's stock price if to see what I mean. They are considered the smart money in the solar sector and have gone down from $60 per share to currently in the low $20's. So its not like everyone else out there is sky rocketing and SUNW is the only one swirling down the drain. Its just a market correction and will soon be over.

My thoughts, my opinions, except the parts that are fact.
