India's minister for commerce and industry Nirmala Sitharaman supports waiving a local sourcing rule to allow Apple retail stores in the country, and though the finance ministry has objected, her department "will talk to them," reports the Wall Street Journal, citing a press briefing. Sitharaman noted, however, that the ministry opposes Apple's application to sell refurbished phones, according to the report
