Statistical significance of sub populations. I have seen numerous posts about it, but have not seen anything from the company that it is required. From the March 31 press release:
"Guidelines for the independent DMC to recommend stopping the study for overwhelming efficacy require that the study achieve statistical significance on the primary endpoint and generate robust findings on certain, pre-specified secondary outcome measures."
Robust findings do not equate to statistical significance. If someone has something different, could they please post it. Thanks.
