i heard that with the event of sunedison filing for protection that VSLR wouldn't be able to go to court until SUNEDISON came out of chapter 11 proceedings...even though VSLR is on a committee, that the proceedings have been adjorned until SUNEDISON exits chapter 11 at which point because Vivant initiated the some merger denial, besides SUNEDISON..
because of insider info or others to be named, VSLR will come under investigation for this...DOJ and SEC
