There haven't been audited fins produced since before they deregistered from filing in 2009. What fins they do produce aren't to be relied on. Or understood.

But the filings are good reading in any case.

What people should understand is that nothing from the past matters anyways since all prior business has failed and Teresa is trying to conjure up new things to attract interest in the ticker.
