There are a great many number of possible formats for 10-Qs and 10-Ks, and I suppose the OTC does not insist on XRBL tagging, so for a bot to identify if every required section of a filing is present, let alone correct, would be quite complex.

Much simpler accept every filing sight unseen, and then wait for complaints.
