BC I've been in the ER twice in the last 8 yrs because of chest pain .
Because I'm considered high risk , Kaiser always wants me in the ER if I'm having any chest pain with sweating and shortness of breath etc .
So the first time , after EGK and Tropinon blood test it was decided the pain was "muscular /skeletal " because of the over head framing I done the day before .
Second time ...again the EKG ( issue with descending left branchia block ..probably using wrong terms here ), Tropinon test was fine but an echo stress test was ordered which identified a problem with my left ventricle which then required a Cardiac Cath.

My point ...I know for a fact that diagnosing Angina ( reduced blood flow to the heart muscle .. and what form it is ) , is a lot more involved then simply deciding if the patient has heartburn or not.
