Buyout by Microsoft.....that may not happen.

However, I did speak to my old friends at Dell recently that run their End User Computing group. They are still stunned that Michael Dell spent all that money to buy EMC, and its 85% plus stake in VMware when for only $20-24 billion he could have bought Spiffy.

They just cannot understand why he would buy that old legacy virtualization and storage technology when he could have had the most disruptive game changing tech in the market for less money. It's a hard move to understand.

Maybe once he completes the EMC acquisition.
