No, you are insinuating facts not in evidence. As I said before, those code definitions leave a lot to the interpretation.
At face value all they really show is that there was a transfer of stock from broker to Vanis. It does NOT define how the transfer was paid for.

Some want to put a wonderful spin on it that Vanis has sooo much faith he used his own little savings account to buy.
I disagree, I think it was all done for appearances and until it can be PROVEN either way neither of us are right.
You won't ever see me on here baying to the moon about how he's filed a Form 4 if he sold as it really doesn't matter.
