It looks like there's tons of wiggle room for the truth Just like in "Safe Harbor" statements.
In order for me to believe as true that Vanis took his own money and purchased MINE stock it will need to show a certified copy of transfer of funds from his personal account to the broker they were purchased from.

Until then it's ALL smoke and mirrors as the Form 4's don't definitively show personal cash payment for stock transfer.
