Current Titan shareholders would get in this EXAMPLE:


$4.44 in cash for every Titan share AND for every 4 shares of Titan owned, they would get 1 share of VERB.

SO let's just say, I invested $100k at an average cost of $1.02...my ROI would be $444K in cash and I am proud owner of 25,000 shares of VERB at $21 per share. It's a 9+ bagger but potentially WAY MORE as VERB should do very well. We NEED to be thinking along these lines as we will have a VOTE
