So...nyt, I assume you think VPLM is being run poorly. But what about the patents? What do you know about them? Is Mr.Thomas lying through his teeth when he says he think the IPR was expected and is could actually be a good thing? Is it possible the IPR was proposed by a third party and not Apple, Verizon or ATandT? I kinda wonder why all facets of the 815 patent were not challenged. According to Mr.Thomas, if I recall him correctly, it leaves the court case open to proceedings while the IPR is on going.
