I really don't have much more to add except to reiterate that JB and LBSR have stated publicly that they will not start drilling Hay Mountain until $2 million was raised. And now we know for sure that he is privately telling prospective investors that all it takes is $150K to mobilize the drill rig that is "standing by".

I guess saying one thing publicly and another thing privately is fine and dandy to some people, since "plans change". However, I would have expected a PR and maybe even an 8-K to be issued as soon as the plans for starting drilling changed. No such PR or 8-K were issued.
