I agree with you about the final decision on setting the

Chinese rate. This rate being established will also increase

the back money owed. However the present money being paid has

no reason not to be accounted for and us see what amount is

being paid. It should never be put into a deferred non accountable

account. This amount according to IDCC is being paid under the

terms of a LICENSE AGREEMENT.


In fact you can not say under the terms of a license agreement

then say we don't have to tell you how much as we are putting

the money in a deferred account. If you are being paid under

the terms of a license agreement then it is to be reported and

accounted for.
