Thanks for posting this. I am curious as to why we have had no

formal announcement of a license with Huawei Here is a copy of

what Merritt said and it didn't say pending a license agreement

but rather under our license agreement with them.



You also saw us continue to manage our expenses well taking advantage of the operating leverage in our business model. A couple of points to note for the quarter. On Tuesday, you no doubt read about our joint agreement with Huawei pursuant to which they will begin making royalty payments under our license agreement with them.


This says to me they already have a license agreement. If you

have a license agreement then the money received is not deferred

but accountable right now.
