Loophole


Let me make it perfectly clear I think you are not only a great

man and I enjoy every post you make. I know that you like me

have been a staunch IDCC supporter. Now getting back to my post

about Huawei even after you posted what I said you do not see a

word that said Huawei admitted infringing. I took it on my self

to say they was found guilty of infringing. Now I could be wrong

but to go to arbitration you have to have a reason and one side

says they are either guilty of infringing or yes they are using

the patents but the other side wants to much. There is no other

reason to be in arbitration. Either way infringement and or use

of the patent has to be established. Hence when IDCC won

arbitration the loser absolutely has to be using the technology

or IDCC has zero chance of being upheld.


Keep the faith even though our system stinks IDCC is going to

be a winner and hopefully get the recognition we believed they

would have had years and years ago. People go to church because

they believe in God although they have never met him and only

have faith. IDCC is almost the same we believe that one day

we will see what we believe in happen.
