They are gagged. They gag themselves - which is why penny stock scam outfits hire them. They motto could be "We do the gagging - so you don't have to!"

Jerry can hide behind the cowardly excuse "oh, it isn't US.. it's THEM." Which of course is a lie, the company CHOSE them for that exact reason.
