Here’s what people don’t understand about tox

About all the 200 gram chatter

All tox studies are done in stages

Do the small animals first, write up the results and then design the large animal study

They only needed 200 grams and that’s all we sent

When they’re ready for more, we’ll send more!

Remember that much of the time needed to make the 200 grams was involved in designing and testing the scale-up protocols

Now the step-up into the kilogram territory is next!

With each step-up, the process gets easier
