I would have liked to have known also. You have to remember the ownership has changed is a sense. Between the COB, the CEO and the officers, 50% of the stock is accounted for. The decisions they make now doesn't require the rest of the stockholders to know or approve. It isn't politically necessary any longer. On the positive side they have a lot to gain also
