I don't think so. Not in reality. I am aware if there was some huge uproar, some big players could side with the little shareholders here and maybe do something like this. but in reality it is not likely. In sandridge case, the deal is done. current shareholders shares are to become worthless. that is set. all this legal stuff about lawsuits is going to cost lots of money and even if there is a win, very little will be recouped and the lawyers will get the lions share. been there done that. I don't think it is good money management to spend $1 to maybe get back .02-.03 even if there is a win.
